If you wish to delete your user content, such as your ratings and reviews posting(s), on our website or in connection with our social media platforms, please contact us by email at info@gwangbiocare.com and include the following information in your deletion request: first name, last name, user name/screen name (if registered with us), email address associated with our website and/or mobile applications, your reason for deleting the posting, and date(s) of posting(s) you wish to be delete. We may not be able to process your deletion request if you are unable to provide such information to us. Please allow up to 10 days to process your deletion request.

Where is my order?
You can access your order status and history by signing in and viewing in your account. You may also reach us for status updates, 24/7 at +91-22-49679877 or email us at info@gwangbiocare.com If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, wait for 12 hours. In some cases, our courier partner take up to 12 hours to activate the tracking link.
Why is my order not showing?
If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please do not worry, please check again after 15 minutes as there may be some technical issues.
How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 72 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 72 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business day for the amount to reflect in your account.In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through gift coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
Can you send me samples?
Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution. Samples are given occasionally during special offers or festive season’s when you are making an online purchase.
