Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at info@gwangbiocare.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.

Cancellation of unusual orders

There may be certain orders that we cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing, certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole, etc. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to fulfil your order.

Refunds for cancellation of unusual orders

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Gwang Bio Care cancels the order. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. In the case of Cash-on-Delivery order, a refund amount via cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favour of the “Billing Name” used while placing the order or an NEFT transfer will be attempted. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Special instructions for Cosmetics: Products should not have been tried or used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way.
  • As a general policy, exchanges are only for items damaged during the shipping and delivery process or a manufacturing defect.
  • Face masks will not be taken as returns or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. For sizes please refer to the size chart.
  • In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged or a flawed item, we request you to provide pictures clearly highlighting the damage or flaw within 2 days of receipt of the item. Please email the same to support@gwangbiocare.com with details of the defect.
  • On confirmation of the damage or defect, we will exchange the item for one of the same style and price. In the event the same item is not available we will be glad to process a refund as per above mentioned guidelines.
  • If you receive the package in damaged form, we advise you to photograph the package before opening it. Please ensure the damage is very evident in the photograph and the picture shows an unopened package.
  • Please note that used products cannot be returned.
  • The final decision on return or exchange will be at the discretion of Gwang Bio Care.
  • Gwang Bio Care will not give refund for, return or exchange items which in its opinion have been damaged by negligence due to personal usage after the product was delivered correctly.
  • In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged together one time only.

Which are the items that cannot be returned / exchanged? Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Original tax invoice number is not mentioned.
  • Selective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.
  • Free product provided by the brand.

Cancellation policy
An order can only be cancelled only till it is in ‘Pending’ state. Once we start processing, it cannot be cancelled. You will have to send us an email on info@gwangbiocare.com for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a minimum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.
